Job Description

Village Green is seeking a dynamic, customer-centric, and seasoned Concierge with a passion for delivering unyielding service to our residents and guests.  


What You Will Do:



  • Greet residents/guests (personalize) in a courteous and friendly manner – with a smile

  • Be familiar with the city and have the ability to recommend local amenities, directions and up-coming events.

  • Offer detailed tours of the clubhouse, models and grounds to prospective residents.

  • Act on leasing/sales behalf on off-hours and complete guest cards.

  • Plan and host resident monthly social functions

  • Prepare In-House Newsletter regarding property updates, events, and Preferred Partner Programs

  • Coordinate/Schedule Move-In Orientations

  • Open doors for residents and their guests when entering and exiting the building while maintaining a courteous disposition. Assist with baggage, etc. when necessary

  • Assist with packages and deliveries for our residents

  • Monitor entrances and exits, and all activity in the front lobby.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly front desk, lobby area, and storage closet.

  • Maintain confidentiality of co-workers, management, owners, past and current residents, vendors, and all outside contacts.

  • Adhere to established policies related to fair housing.

Job Requirements



Experience




  • 2 – 4 years’ Concierge, Front Desk, Customer Service or leasing experience

  • College degree or some college preferred

  • Track record of creating a feeling that “ everything is taken care of”

  • Self-motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic, resourceful

  • Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Polished, professional demeanor projecting confidence and pride for the business

  • Ability to multi-task and anticipate the needs of our residents

  • The ideal candidate will have open availability including over nights.
