Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator will act as a critical part of the human resources team and serve as a role model, culture ambassador, and first line of HR support for our associates located in multiple states.



Things you would be responsible for:



  • Serves as first line of response for all field associate requests

  • Assists with Benefits Administration communications to associates

  • Leads the  Exit Interview and New Hire Survey Process

  • Facilitates the Associate Recognition programs; anniversary, birthday, Best of the Best

  • Reviews compliance and administrative matters (I-9, HR actions, EEO-1 reporting)

  • Supports the day-to-day organization and efficient operation of the HR function including tasks such as creating correspondence, filing and extensive reporting utilizing Microsoft Excel.

  • Works with Human Resources leadership on special projects

  • Completes department invoicing and allocations.


 

Job Requirements



Here’s what your background looks like:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Human Resources plus 1-3 years of experience supporting the Human Resources function in a multi-unit, multi-state organization.

  • Understanding and knowledge of various State and Federal employment laws

  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems

  • Excellent communication skills and the desire to build great interpersonal relationships

  • Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions

  • Outstanding organizational skills, can work independently, and a close attention to detail

  • Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity, deals with confidential information with the utmost discretion, respect and care

  • Flexibility to deal with last minute changes, the ability to remain calm under pressure, comfortable working with minimal direction, flexibility to work overtime as needed, and comfortable with working occasional evenings and weekends

  • Intermediate proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite
